How to cut your cancer risk

Around 37,000 cancer cases in Australia could be prevented each year largely through lifestyle change. SmokingUV Radiation, poor diet, alcohol, and body weight  cause around 90 per cent of all preventable cancers. That's a significant number of fathers, friends, mothers, brothers, sisters and others who don't have to go through the pain of a cancer diagnosis or losing a loved one. 

The good news is you can reduce your risk of cancer. And there's no time like the present to start making positive lifestyle changes to feel better and live longer.
